Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all required documentation efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining thorough records to document client progress and outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools under the guidance of the clinical team to ensure best practices are followed in client assessment.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and programs to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans, enhancing the overall therapeutic approach.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring continual adherence to industry standards and commitment to quality care.

• Serve as a liaison with local service networks, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance client services.

• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with various agencies to encourage program growth, create new partnerships, and access potential funding sources.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional growth, attending relevant conferences and training sessions, and representing the agency in community forums.

• Foster the mission, values, and philosophy of Pro Light Life Counseling Services in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of our clients and the agency.

Qualifications\n
