Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a comprehensive array of outpatient mental health services tailored to promote individualized recovery and well-being.

• Conduct initial intake assessments, individual therapy sessions, group therapy, and family therapy, ensuring to document progress accurately and efficiently.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized service plans in collaboration with patients and their families throughout the course of treatment.

• Provide thorough mental health assessments and evaluations, along with appropriate referrals and intervention services as applicable.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to Federal, State, and Center guidelines, ensuring timely completion of paperwork.

• Prepare reports required for courts, schools, and community agencies, advocating for patient needs and promoting continuity of care.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and medical professionals regarding cases that involve hospitalization, ensuring seamless transitions for patients.

• Engage with external psychiatric care providers and civic assistance programs to schedule treatment sessions for patients requiring additional services.

As an LMHC at Spring Psychotherapy Center, you will serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals dealing with routine mental health issues, as well as those facing more serious challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current practitioner license through the state’s clinical therapy board.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in counseling or mental health services.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and their families.

• Strong computer literacy, familiar with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Training in specific therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Spring Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and the number of hours worked.
