Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, leveraging standardized tools and personalized evaluations to establish effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing tailored therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote clients' emotional healing and growth.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals with clients and actively monitor their progress while adapting treatment plans as necessary to optimize effectiveness.

• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or those residing in remote areas.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals seeking help for various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Counselors will have the opportunity to work with a diverse array of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults, tailoring approaches to align with their unique experiences and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in Maryland as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective engagement and rapport building with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a commitment to non-judgmental support.

• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities to effectively handle client caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
