Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver empathetic and ethical mental health counseling using video chat, tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Conduct ongoing assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.

• Teach clients essential coping mechanisms, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques that foster resilience and personal growth.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress to ensure continuity of care and compliance with best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling practice will primarily focus on stable, low-acuity adults. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required for this position.

• Must hold a current state license as either LMFT, LCPC, LCSW-C, or PsyD, allowing for independent practice.

• Candidate should have no recent disciplinary actions against their license.

• Strong interpersonal skills, combined with proficient computer literacy, are vital for successfully integrating technology in counseling.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary to facilitate uninterrupted telehealth sessions.

• The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on hours worked.
