Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing flexibility and convenience for both our therapists and patients. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of each patient's experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment interventions.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy in a culturally competent manner, with a strong focus on inclusivity.
