This role is structured to provide maximum flexibility through a remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients in a comfortable and accessible manner. Our practice operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate individual patient needs. As part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, ensuring comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that include evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s cultural and personal context.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing a variety of modalities to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support clients during mental health emergencies with a calm and focused approach.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment modalities, and community resources that may assist them.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
