Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans based on individual client goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate holistic care and follow-ups, ensuring continuity and quality of service.

• Deliver crisis intervention and de-escalation support for clients facing acute distress, employing both empathy and clinical skills to stabilize situations effectively.

• Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops aimed at reducing stigma around mental health and promoting awareness of available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and behavioral challenges. Our clientele is diverse, comprising various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds, which will enhance your clinical skills in cultural competence.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong therapeutic relationships.

• Proven cultural sensitivity to effectively connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
