Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments to evaluate mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans that align with each individual's needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and where applicable, offer family, couples, or group counseling, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Perform mental health screenings and assessments to accurately identify treatment needs and monitor progress throughout therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach for patients experiencing co-occurring disorders.

• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on patient feedback and observed outcomes to ensure the highest level of care.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution leading to a license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• A current and valid professional license in Washington State.

• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• A demonstrated understanding of mental health principles, treatment modalities, and ethical practices in individual and family counseling.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health and behavioral health challenges, notably those with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $105,000 yearly , commensurate with qualifications and experience.
