Speech Language Pathologist - SLP

Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive evaluations using standardized tools and observations. Developing individualized treatment plans for communication, cognitive, and swallowing goals. Implementing targeted therapy interventions for speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care. Providing education to patients and families to support ongoing progress. Participating in inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed. Maintaining accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standards. Engaging in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration. Qualifications Include Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), pending ASHA certification. Active Texas licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist. Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA. BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Skills Required Proficiency in evidence-based practices across age groups. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Adaptability to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
