Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensure: Must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health counselor, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Candidates with provisional or limited licenses will not be considered for this position. Applicants must also have a clean disciplinary record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine, empathetic nature are essential for building trusting relationships with clients.

• Strong computer literacy skills, particularly with telehealth platforms, electronic record systems, and documentation practices.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required, preferably in a telehealth environment. Familiarity with teletherapy best practices, as well as an understanding of current mental health issues affecting diverse populations, will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a significant sign-on bonus, therapists will receive weekly direct deposits and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
