Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver timely and ethical mental health counseling sessions to clients via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Conduct comprehensive ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals and needs, incorporating evidence-based strategies.

• Facilitate skill-building exercises that enhance clients' coping mechanisms, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal communication.

Your primary focus will be on assisting low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support for mild to moderate mental health concerns. These clients often require help in managing life transitions, stress, anxiety, and self-esteem issues, making it rewarding to witness their progress and growth as you walk alongside them in their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and active state license as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, with independent practice rights and no history of disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, combined with effective computer literacy to utilize counseling platforms and maintain accurate patient records.

• A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential to facilitate seamless video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with adults in a mental health counseling capacity, particularly in a virtual setting.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
