Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from various injuries, surgeries, or diseases using evidence-based techniques and a patient-centric approach.
• Establish individualized treatment plans by assessing patients' conditions and defining specific therapeutic goals that align with their rehabilitation needs.
• Utilize a combination of exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapies, and specialized equipment to alleviate pain and improve patients' mobility.
• Monitor and document each patient's progress meticulously, using tailored health records to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Reassess therapeutic objectives and adjust ongoing treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Advise on and fit patients for assistive devices to enhance their mobility and independence in daily activities.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on effective physical therapy practices, proper use of devices, and home exercise regimens.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops, engaging in continued education, and participating in relevant professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
