Work Environment

As a Senior Orthopedic Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your typical work schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient goals and treatment requirements.
• Maintain a caseload of one patient per hour to ensure high-quality, individualized care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Administer cost-effective therapeutic interventions that promote mobility, enhance range of motion, and support recovery.
• Minimize patient reliance on medications by advocating for non-surgical alternatives and lifestyle changes.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and personalized fitness programs to empower patient engagement and progress.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
• No history of board or disciplinary actions on your professional license.

• Experience utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits
