Byram Account Manager, Urology Dallas

Qualified candidates will live in or near the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The base salary range for this role is expected to be between $65,000 and $75,000 annually, dependent on level, years of experience, and geographic location. Responsibilities Generate new revenue for the company, focusing solely on Urology. Meet or exceed 100% of new revenue quota and achieve year‑over‑year market growth. Conduct 8–10 sales calls daily, field‑based and pre‑scheduled when possible. Maintain a consistent pipeline of new accounts and conduct meaningful sales calls with each referral by building relationships, uncovering needs, creating solutions, and asking for business. Review pre‑ and post‑call outcomes and log all activity in Salesforce daily (contact details, discussion points, products presented, competitive information, required actions, and next call date). Focus core business activities within a territory’s top accounts and Quarterly Business Accounts. Qualify each account and position Byram’s value proposition effectively. Collaborate with Byram’s manufacturing partners in the field to generate leads and new opportunities. Adhere to the Code of Conduct and Compliance Program to ensure legal and ethical compliance. Work with Operations, Reimbursement, and Managed Care to develop pull‑through initiatives for all referral sources in the territory. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Byram’s services, products, and managed‑care contracts and communicate this information to healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain Territory Business Plans in collaboration with the National Sales Director. Return all emails and voicemails within the same day and maintain a calendar showing routing plans to maximize daily calls. Complete and submit expense reports weekly. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred. 2–5 years of sales experience, healthcare and/or service sales preferred. Strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, juggling multiple items simultaneously. Ability to handle private and confidential information securely. Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the defined geographical region. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision care coverage.
