Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in an  Accounts Receivable role. While experience is a plus, we are  willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Duties

• Manage accounts receivable processes including payment processing, and account reconciliation.
• Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the accounts payable team to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries regarding billing and payment issues.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable metrics.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables

Experience

• Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience is a  plus
• Experience with  QuickBooks & Oracle Netsuite is a  bonus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to multitask and handle fast paced environment
