Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and detailed risk assessments to gather pertinent information about each client.

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored treatment plans addressing their unique challenges, preferences, and cultural backgrounds, enhancing their likelihood of successful treatment outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during individual, couples, family, and group sessions, ensuring a well-rounded approach to care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in alignment with clinic policies and relevant regulations.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, providing them with essential skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health journey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, depending on your experience, education, and skill level.
