Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on serving individuals who face a variety of mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions. This role will require an empathetic approach to treatment, as you will be supporting diverse patients who need both psychological support and management of their physical health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proven experience addressing the mental health needs of individuals with complex medical conditions, demonstrating an understanding of how these factors interrelate.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.

• Strong ethical framework to maintain professional boundaries and ensure the confidentiality of all patient information.

• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic health record documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
