Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments by obtaining detailed medical histories to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
• Work alongside physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care for a diverse patient population.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret the results to develop tailored treatment plans for each patient.
• Administer vaccinations and prescribed medications, while educating patients on preventive health measures and necessary lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, providing comprehensive referrals for specialty care when necessary to support patient outcomes.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system for timely and accurate documentation of patient encounters, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and remain abreast of the latest advancements in medical practice.
• Promote preventive care initiatives that enhance patient wellness and overall quality of life.
• Build and maintain compassionate, trusting relationships with patients and their families, facilitating positive care experiences.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 140,000 – 180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
