Work Environment

You can expect to work approximately 40 hours each week, contributing significantly to the health and wellness of students and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough health assessments and screenings for individuals and families in a school environment to identify mental health challenges and medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage various acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care and health promotion initiatives.
• Collaboratively work with community organizations and key health stakeholders to develop and execute impactful health education programs tailored to diverse needs.
• Provide culturally sensitive care that respects each patient's background and advocates for their rights and access to necessary healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and ensure follow-up care to maintain continuity in patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an active state nursing license.
• A Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
