Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess patient mental health and diagnose disorders based on established criteria.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, adjusting dosages and treatments based on patient responses while ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
