Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations to diagnose and assess patients' mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, regularly monitoring their effects on patients and adjusting dosages as needed.
• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services employing diverse therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive treatment strategy for all patients, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and effective strategies for self-care.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, including responses to treatment and symptoms' evolution.
• Conduct follow-up appointments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to share insights and best practices for enhanced patient care.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 200,000 – 250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
