Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of students' physical and mental health to develop individualized care plans tailored to specific needs.

• Facilitate hospital admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring that logistical arrangements for inpatient, outpatient, and home-care services are coordinated effectively.
• Perform phone triage for acute clinical issues, conducting assessments as necessary and prescribing treatment in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, directing care activities and delegating tasks as appropriate to enhance patient management.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of clinical practice standards, aligning with institutional policies and regulatory requirements to maintain high-quality care.
• Engage in regular follow-ups with students and their families to monitor progress and adjust care plans as necessary, leading to a comprehensive approach to patient care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree in Nursing, a Doctor of Nursing Practice, or have completed a Nurse Practitioner Certificate Program.

Compensation and Benefits
