Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and take detailed medical histories to develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver integrated and efficient patient care.
• Perform physical exams, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, and diagnose and treat common acute and chronic health issues.
• Administer vaccines and medications while providing patient education on preventive health measures, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor chronic conditions and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary, ensuring continuity of care.
• Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EPIC EMR system, maintaining compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on the latest advancements in the medical field to enhance patient care delivery.
• Foster compassionate and patient-centered relationships aimed at improving overall patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
