Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and compile medical histories to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide integrated care tailored to the needs of patients across all age groups.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret their results to devise appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer vaccinations and medications, and provide patients with education on preventive health measures and necessary lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and manage chronic diseases, coordinating referrals to specialists when necessary to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using the EPIC EMR system, ensuring compliance and quality in record-keeping.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices to enhance patient care.
• Foster strong, compassionate relationships with patients and their families, emphasizing patient-centered care throughout the treatment journey.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice while maintaining the confidentiality of patient information.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
