Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

As a Physician Assistant at Providence Health Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough physical examinations on patients, assessing medical history, and reviewing relevant health records.
• Ordering, interpreting, and following up on diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies.
• Diagnosing various health conditions and formulating tailored treatment plans for acute and chronic illnesses.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant studies.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in primary care, acute care, or a related specialty.
• A valid New York State Physician Assistant license and certification (PA-C).
• A DEA number for prescribing controlled substances.
• A strong understanding of patient care regulations and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits
