Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and detailed medical histories to inform accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to create and implement integrated care strategies for patients of all ages.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order, and interpret diagnostic tests, providing tailored treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient circumstances.
• Administer vaccinations and medications while educating patients about preventive health measures and advising on lifestyle modifications to improve health outcomes.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions effectively, coordinating specialty referrals as needed to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of all patient encounters using the EPIC EMR system, maintaining both legal compliance and optimal patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and remain informed about the latest medical advancements and best practices.
• Focus on preventive healthcare methodologies to improve overall patient wellness and life quality.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, building strong relationships with patients and their families to enhance trust and cooperation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care for a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups, from newborns to seniors. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Valid PA Certification and state license required.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Physician Assistant.
• A Master's Degree in Physician Assistant studies is preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in active listening, critical thinking, effective communication, and time management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in family medicine or a similar field is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
