Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, to facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborating with physicians and a wide range of healthcare professionals to develop and implement holistic treatment strategies for patients across the lifespan, from newborns to adults.
• Performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting relevant diagnostic tests, and crafting individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Administering vaccinations and medications while providing essential patient education on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications to promote wellness.
• Monitoring chronic health conditions and managing referrals to specialty care providers when indicated, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatments utilizing the EPIC EMR system, which is essential for effective patient management and institutional compliance.
• Engaging in continuous quality improvement initiatives and keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices to enhance care delivery.
• Fostering patient-centered relationships by providing compassionate care and support to patients and their families.
• Strict adherence to ethical and legal standards in medical practice while safeguarding patient confidentiality and trust.

Qualifications
