Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate integrity in all patient interactions and uphold the highest ethical standards in your practice.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through comprehensive evaluations that address the specific needs of each patient.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and educational techniques, to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, including coordination with physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families to facilitate understanding of treatment processes and goals.
• Assist in management of clinical operations by participating in performance improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Ensure that every patient receives exemplary customer service, contributing positively to the clinic's overall effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Currently licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of Virginia.
• A valid CPR certification at the time of hire.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both oral and written.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
