Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions, utilizing various established assessment protocols, and document results accurately.
• Engage effectively with patients and their families by explaining evaluation findings and collaboratively setting personalized treatment goals that align with their individual needs.
• Implement treatment plans with a focus on evidence-based practices, adjusting protocols based on real-time patient feedback and evolving healthcare guidelines.
• Maintain strong communication with multidisciplinary teams, where appropriate, to enhance patient wellness and adjust treatment plans based on clinical observations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will work primarily with an outpatient population, encompassing a diverse range of conditions that require rehabilitation services. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits
