Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members in the formulation of treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating psychosocial assessments into discharge planning.

• Provide therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention to patients, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues effectively.
