The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in STEM discipline or 15+ years relevant experience3+ years experience performing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) practices and/or Root Cause and Corrective Action analysisAbility to identify solutions to complex problems with a focus on continual improvement practices using tools like Causal Analysis to drive Corrective Action and Preventive ActionStrong knowledge of Industry recognized Quality Management Systems such as International (ISO) and aerospace (AS).Ability to lead teams, mentor employees and influence changes within the organization.Desired SkillsActive Industry membership (ie: American Society of Quality (ASQ), J-STD, etc.)Extensive application of statistical data analysis and applicaiotn in manufacturing environmentsLean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt CertificationExperience with multiple programs or line of businessKnowledgeable of Risk & OpportunityAbility to effectively communicate and interact with multiple functions and stakeholders such as Operations (Prod Ops and Global Supply Chain), Engineering, Suppliers and Customers to work strategic/tactical plans, negotiate optimized approaches, and/or implement new solutions.Presentation skills in developing messages, training and compelling strategies resulting in diverse teams implementing and executing new solutions.Experience with Government customers including DCMAExcellent communication and relationship building skills with an ability to negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $158700.00 - $294700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
