Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by developing strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions to assess and review client progress, stability, and any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

• Create, implement, and oversee person-centered treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress thoroughly to comply with best practices and regulations.

• Conduct intake assessments to determine clients’ needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions aimed at client growth and therapy effectiveness.

• Participate in individual supervision and professional feedback sessions to continually improve clinical practice.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance client care through integrated approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Our clients often seek support for issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Your expertise will be essential in guiding them toward improved mental health and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• A current, active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after graduation.

• Competency with technology, specifically in using tools like Excel, RMS systems, Microsoft Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

• Experience in providing individual and family psychotherapy services is highly desirable.

• Comfort with conducting detailed intake assessments and creating treatment plans.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling practice is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our fee-for-service model guarantees payment in advance of collections, minimizing the wait for reimbursement. In addition, employees can take advantage of various bonus opportunities.
