Senior Vice President, Fashion Licensing

Brandvocacy is a next-generation brand management and licensing platform. We acquire and build lifestyle brands, then scale them through partnerships with best-in-class licensees, global manufacturers, and digital-first retailers.

We are seeking an accomplished executive to source, negotiate and grow licensing partnerships across apparel and lifestyle categories. This is a hands-on role in a lean, high-growth environment, ideal for someone who thrives on independently building pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue.

Responsibilities

• Source, develop, and close new licensing partnerships across  apparel, footwear, accessories and adjacent product categories .
\n
• Build and manage a deal pipeline from the ground up, from prospecting and outreach through negotiation and execution.
\n
• Lead negotiations of term sheets and licensing agreements, including redlining and refining agreements to accelerate deal flow.
\n
• Actively leverage your network of licensees, manufacturers, and distributors to identify and secure opportunities.
\n
• Identify opportunities across product categories and distribution channels
\n
• Collaborate with other Brandvocacy leadership to align licensing strategy with each brand’s positioning and global growth objectives.

• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and brand meetings, serving as the face of licensing for our portfolio.

Qualifications

\n
• 6+ years of business development (Licensing-only) experience in apparel and/or fashion accessories categories. (This is not a Brand Manager position)
\n
• Proven track record of independently sourcing and closing multi-million-dollar licensing deals.
\n
• Skilled in contract negotiation, with hands-on experience redlining and refining agreements.
\n
• Deep network of licensee/manufacturer contacts across apparel, footwear, accessories, and more.
\n
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating without the infrastructure of a large corporate platform.
\n
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
\n
