Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver weekly supervision to practicum students who are either pursuing clinical licensure or completing their Master's degree in mental health disciplines.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance treatment effectiveness and ensure comprehensive care.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, integrating client strengths and addressing areas of concern.

• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid, unrestricted state license in one of the following designations: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a counseling or therapeutic setting.
