Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and support to practicum students, ensuring they gain the essential skills and knowledge necessary for clinical licensure and professional development.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, both within our organization and in the wider community, to enhance client care and access to resources.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and objectives of each client.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client sessions, treatment progress, and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methodologies.

Your expertise will contribute to the healing journeys of a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals facing personal challenges to couples and families navigating relational dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a relevant field with a valid state license (LPC) is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in a therapeutic setting, specifically in providing supervision or mentorship to practicum students.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive annual salary of $120,000 to $140,000, plus the opportunity for a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
