Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing tools such as the Behavioral and Psychosocial evaluation (BPS).

• Create individualized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and goals of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records (EHR) to ensure compliance and effective communication within the treatment team.

• Engage in regular consultation meetings with colleagues to discuss client progress and treatment strategies, fostering a collaborative approach to care.

• Manage referrals and provide additional resources as needed to support clients on their journey to recovery.

• Offer individual therapy sessions, with an option to provide couples and family therapy, adapting techniques to meet diverse client needs.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as either an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, is mandatory.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a consistent client schedule effectively.

• Basic computer literacy, particularly in managing EHR systems and documentation processes.
