CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

The Indianapolis, Indiana office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate. Qualifications 5-7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experience Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations Familiarity with the construction industry preferred Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure Compensation The salary range for this role is $195,000 to $210,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
