Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to establish therapeutic goals, exploring each client's unique preferences, challenges, and available support systems.

• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans tailored to clients' backgrounds, educational levels, and aspirations for future employment, revising treatment strategies to ensure efficacy and progress.
\n
• Engage closely with a range of healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and psychologists, to create integrated treatment programs that meet the specific needs of clients.
\n
• Maintain detailed and organized case files, documenting all relevant client information, eligibility criteria, insurance details, and service delivery to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n
• Regularly evaluate and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to help them reach identified goals effectively.
\n
• Provide ongoing support and maintain open channels of communication with clients as they participate in job training programs and engage in occupational placements.
\n
• Collaborate with the friends and families of clients to enhance their support systems and effectively tackle any obstacles that may arise during the treatment process.

• Timely conduct needs analyses for clients, documenting findings and developing actionable reports to guide future treatment decisions.

• Identify and recommend additional resources or referrals that may assist your clients in achieving their therapeutic and personal goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mental health and mood disorders who may have challenging life circumstances, including those from underserved populations. By utilizing evidence-based therapies, you will support their journey toward recovery and autonomy. The remote nature of our practice allows you to reach a wider audience, providing crucial support to those who might otherwise struggle to access mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory for this position.
\n
• Experience: Proven experience in mental health treatment, particularly with clients facing mood disorders, in either residential or outpatient settings.
\n
• Teamwork: A collaborative attitude with a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
\n
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

• Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a remote setting and manage time efficiently.

• Understanding of and experience with Integrated Behavioral Health models.
