The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the organization's people and culture strategy, with a focus on creating an environment where the mission can thrive. This includes cultural stewardship, leadership and talent development, organizational design, and capability building. The role demands a leader who can build trust and confidence, and who is adept at stabilizing and transforming organizational culture. The Head of People and Talent will also be tasked with strategic workforce planning, ensuring the organization has a capable and future-ready workforce. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a demonstrated commitment to human dignity, justice, and fairness, with at least 12 years' of progressive HR or people and culture experience. A track record in organizational and cultural turnaround, as well as experience in mission-driven or values-based organizations, is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will be deeply people-centered, a thoughtful advisor, and a courageous advocate for culture. They should be comfortable in ambiguity, and adept at leading through change, with a postgraduate degree in a related field preferred.
