Looking for a Highly Motivated employee to provide outstanding administrative and front desk support services and the ability to coordinate the permit process from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
* Looking for very energetic / friendly / outgoing / self-motivated employee that can handle busy multi-line inbound calls and set up appointments for sales/service technicians.
* Perform typical administrative functions: incoming and outgoing e-mail, scanning, data entry and other related duties like faxing.
* Be able to provide excellent customer service.
* Coordinate and handle the administration of the permit process
Qualifications:
* High Level of Organization and Administrative skills
* 5+ Years of Administrative Support
* Associates degree preferred
* Must be highly efficient with Microsoft Excel and Office
* Outstanding Communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
* Must be extremely dependable/reliable
* Must be detail oriented
* Must be fast, accurate and type a minimum of 50 words per minute
* Great energy
* Able to work individually and as a team
* Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt to changes and new responsibilities
