The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who understands the unique needs of the property restoration industry and thrives on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with property management companies, insurance professionals, commercial property owners , and other key decision-makers Educate prospective clients on SERVPRO’s restoration and cleaning services, emphasizing our rapid response, professionalism, and reliability Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and follow-ups to build long‑term partnerships Attend networking events, CE classes, trade shows, and local association meetings to promote brand awareness and generate leads Maintain detailed records of client interactions, pipeline activity, and progress using CRM/marketing software Provide consistent territory updates, sales reporting, and revenue forecasts to management Achieve and exceed sales goals in your assigned territory Qualifications 2+ years of Sales and Marketing Representative required, preferably in restoration, property management, commercial services, or insurance-related industries Proven ability to build and maintain B2B relationships, especially with property managers and insurance professionals Strong organizational and communication skills Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and able to work independently Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Skills & Physical Requirements Comfortable working in the field and engaging clients face‑to‑face Capable of lifting and carrying marketing materials or equipment as needed Must be able to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable law) Familiarity with property restoration or mitigation services a plus Additional Information Each SERVPRO® franchise is independently owned and operated.
