This position offers a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility while ensuring that you remain closely connected to our integrated team of professionals. You will engage in a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9 AM to 4 PM, though some flexibility may be required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to inform treatment planning, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively addressing the unique challenges faced by each individual.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records while complying with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Foster collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, continuously improving the quality of care provided to our clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
