VerifiedViews is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive with deep knowledge of the ratings and reviews industry and active relationships with decision makers at consumer products companies.

This is a hands-on sales role for someone who can open doors, build awareness, generate qualified opportunities and close new business. You will own the sales process, from initial outreach and discovery through proposals, negotiation and signed agreements.

What You’ll Do\n

\n

\n
• Generate new business: Use your industry relationships and targeted outreach to secure meetings with qualified consumer products prospects.
\n
• Build awareness: Introduce VerifiedViews to leaders across e-commerce, digital commerce, shopper marketing, brand management and consumer insights.
\n
• Develop opportunities: Understand prospects’ priorities and show how VerifiedViews can support new product launches, ongoing purchaser intelligence and ratings and reviews programs.
\n
• Create proposals and respond to RFPs: Lead discovery, develop compelling presentations and proposals, and coordinate pricing and program recommendations with internal teams.
\n
• Close sales: Manage follow-up, address objections, negotiate terms and move opportunities through procurement to signed agreements.
\n
• Build a disciplined pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and next steps, with accountability for revenue goals.
\n
• Help shape our growth: Bring market feedback, competitive insights and partnership opportunities to the leadership team.

What You Bring\n

\n
• A demonstrated record of winning new business in ratings and reviews, review syndication, consumer content, e-commerce technology or a closely related field.
\n
• An established, current network of decision makers at consumer products companies , with the ability to turn those relationships into qualified sales conversations.
\n
• A strong understanding of how brands use ratings and reviews across retailer websites, marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels.
\n
• Familiarity with the ratings and reviews ecosystem, including platforms such as Bazaarvoice, PowerReviews / Syndigo and Yotpo.
\n
• Experience selling consultative solutions involving multiple stakeholders and navigating corporate procurement.
\n
• Strong discovery, presentation, proposal writing, negotiation and closing skills.
\n
• The ability to explain a differentiated offering clearly and connect its capabilities to a prospect’s business needs.
\n
• An entrepreneurial mindset, strong follow-through and comfort working independently in a growing business.

You build a qualified pipeline, generate meetings and RFP invitations, deliver persuasive proposals and consistently convert opportunities into new revenue. You also help establish VerifiedViews as a recognized resource for verified purchaser content and intelligence.
