Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Renewed Harmony Counseling, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at enhancing the mental health and overall well-being of your clients. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to identify a client’s mental health status and needs, followed by developing tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-based interventions.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address various mental health concerns.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA compliance and professional standards.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and treatment approaches, ensuring a cohesive treatment experience for clients.

• Participating in case consultations and clinical meetings to improve treatment outcomes and share best practices with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
