Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities, developing personalized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Providing expert consultation to healthcare providers concerning the continuum of care for patients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Engaging with patients from diverse backgrounds, delivering service that adheres to our high standards of customer care while respecting individual cultures.
• Using evidence-based practices to implement treatments, re-evaluate progress, and educate patients and their support systems about their recovery process.
• Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation standards.
• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinating care with referral sources, physicians, and other allied healthcare professionals.
• Participating in leadership roles such as community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical education for staff and students.
• Supervising support staff and ensuring that departmental resources are utilized effectively to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Whether supporting post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, or sports injury recovery, our Physical Therapists work closely with each patient to define their goals and aid them on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for documentation and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

While 2 years of clinical experience is required, candidates with specialties in orthopedic or neurological physical therapy will be given preference. Familiarity with modern therapeutic modalities and evidence-based treatment protocols is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
