Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Health Journey Wellness, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health histories, challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Implementing effective therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to encourage healing and personal growth.

• Creating and executing customized treatment plans, establishing clear goals, and monitoring progress over time.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure integrated and seamless client care.

• Facilitating crisis intervention sessions and conducting risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being.
