Credential Coordinator - HI ARNG
Kapolei, HI

Qualifications:
The contractor shall provide at least one credential coordinator for all Hawaii Army National Guard (HIARNG) Healthcare providers (HCP's) and assist with administrative tasks in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). Credential coordinator will assist the HIARNG credential officer to ensure all HIARNG HCPs meet the credentialing and privileging requirements to perform duties in support of Individual Medical Readiness. The contractor will provide operational program support for credentialing and privileging of privileged and non-privileged HCPs to include; new accessions into the HIARNG, maintenance of current credentialed and privileged HCPs, mobilizations and training requirements for HCPs, program training for users, coordinators and privileging authorities, technical systems support within the system of record Joint Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (JCCQAS), and assist the HCPs to prepare for the credentials and privileging certification board. The credentialing and privileging process within the Army is dictated by Army Regulation (AR) 40-68, Department of Defense Instruction (DODI) 6025.13 and Office of the Surgeon General (OTSG) Medical Command (MEDCOM) Credentialing & Privileging Standardization policy 17-041 and the Credentials Certification and Privileging Preparation (C2P2) Board Charter.

Duties:
The contractor shall track provider file information such as; provider file board action statuses, credentialing & privileging statuses, or Inter-Facility Credentials Transfer Briefs (ICTBs) statuses. Credential Coordinator with work with HIARNG CredentialingOfficer to and provide support and information for dashboard and JCCQAS technical support to all HIARNG Military and non-military HCPs.

Contractor shall provide at a minimum a Credential Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience with healthcare provider experience. Personnel assigned to this requirement shall possess the required technical skills and expertise to perform the functions with minimum guidance. Technical skill include PC proficiency specifically Microsoft word and excel

The contractor shall maintain all aspects of the HCP's credentials record for estimated 40 HIARNG military and non-military HCP's in JCCQAS.

The contractor shall assist HCP's that require prime source verification (PSV's) within providers credential file (PCF), ensure accurate completion of all PSV's and upload all documentation required by the PSV's into JCCQAS

The contractor shall notify providers and HIARNG credentialing officer of missing or incomplete required documents, collect the documents, perform PSV per the regulations and board charters, update the providers record and upload the documents.

The contractors shall provide administrative support, coordinate and facilitate adverse action activities. Contractor shall provide adverse action support to all HIARNG military and non-military HCP's.

The contractor shall assist HCP's with preparing and sending inter-facility credentials transfer briefs (ICTB's), which is the electronic transferring of a providers credential file (PCF) to the requested gaining facility in support of a mission. Contractor shall record, process, manage and initiated the HIARNG ICTB's. Contractor shall provide ICTB support to all HIARNG military and non-military HCP's and program end users.

The contractor shall assist and provide support to the HIARNG State Surgeon, Deputy State Surgeon, HIARNG AMEDD Recruiter, and HCPs on credential and privileging packet requirements.

Schedule:
Provide services between the hours of 0800 and 1630 Monday through Friday. Performance shall be at HIARNG Office of the State Surgeon (OTSS), 91-1227 Enterprise Blvd, Bldg. 46, Kapolei, HI
