Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments and developing tailored treatment plans that adhere to established best practices and solution-focused therapy modalities.
• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address patients' unique mental health concerns and encourage personal growth.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, while ensuring that documentation is timely and accurate.
• Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health specialists, to provide cohesive and effective patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine practices and share knowledge that enhances patient outcomes.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available local community resources.
• Continuously seeking professional growth by staying current with the latest developments in the mental health field, integrating new findings into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and families, each presenting unique mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Possession of a valid LICSW license to practice in Washington state.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly , depending on experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
