Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and create customized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate client progress.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community and understanding among patients facing similar challenges.

• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive patient care and address complex cases holistically.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and available resources within the community to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative practices and stay informed about developments in mental health treatment.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the latest research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. By offering personalized and culturally competent care, therapists address a wide range of mental health disorders. The remote nature of our practice allows for flexibility that can accommodate the varying needs and schedules of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and a deep understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing individual and group therapy in a clinical setting.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
