Sales Development Representative (Arabic & English) - Independent Contractor

The Role

We are looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Sales Development Representative who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join a fast-paced B2B sales environment.

This is a high-volume outbound sales role for someone who is comfortable prospecting, generating leads, speaking with business decision-makers, and consistently making 80–100 outbound calls per day .

The ideal candidate has hands-on B2B sales and lead generation experience, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to prospective B2B customers.
• Research, identify, and qualify potential business prospects and decision-makers.
• Generate new leads through proactive outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Engage prospects confidently in both Arabic and English .
• Understand prospects' business needs and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and progress suitable prospects through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the wider sales team.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM.
• Consistently work toward individual and team KPIs, including call volume, qualified opportunities, and meetings booked.
• Follow up persistently and professionally with prospects across multiple touchpoints.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Fluent Arabic speaker – essential.
• Fluent spoken and written English – essential.
• Previous B2B sales experience is required.
• Proven experience in lead generation, outbound prospecting, or cold calling.
• Comfortable completing 80–100 outbound calls daily .
• Strong telephone communication and objection-handling skills.
• Confident engaging with business owners, managers, executives, and other decision-makers.
• Experience using a CRM and maintaining accurate sales activity records.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working toward ambitious sales targets.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote working environment.
